Welcome to 92kr. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the 92kr online gaming platform, including all products, features, promotions, and services made available at the 92kr website and any associated mobile-compatible interface (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform is operated by 92kr and is directed at English-speaking users in Pakistan and internationally eligible jurisdictions.

By accessing, registering, or placing any wager on the Platform, you ("the Player", "User", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms are to be read alongside the 92kr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "92kr" / "Platform" refers to the 92kr website, its subdomains, and all associated gaming services.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful registration.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 92kr wallet, including real-money balance and any applicable bonus credit separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded under specific promotions, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes withdrawable as real money.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process carried out by 92kr using CNIC documentation and supporting proof.
• "Restricted Territory" refers to any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local law.

Access to 92kr and the creation of a player account is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately with any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law.
• You must not already hold an existing active or previously suspended 92kr account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 92kr or its affiliated entities.

92kr reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any stage and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.

To access real-money gaming features on 92kr, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• All personal details provided at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (03xx format), email address, and CNIC number — must be accurate and match your official identity documents.
• Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Players must promptly update their account information if any of the registered details change.
• 92kr reserves the right to require formal KYC verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Only one account may be registered per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 92kr account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your 92kr account.
• Immediately notify 92kr customer support if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it periodically to maintain account security.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, particularly if accessing your account via mobile data on Pakistani networks.

92kr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security. All bets and transactions placed using your account credentials are your responsibility and will be treated as valid unless 92kr is notified of a security breach prior to those transactions being placed.

92kr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and eligible debit cards. The following conditions govern all deposits:

• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These may vary by payment method.
• 92kr processes deposits promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, particularly during peak PSL season periods or Pakistani public holidays.
• 92kr does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 92kr accepts no responsibility.
• All deposit amounts become subject to anti-money-laundering checks at 92kr's discretion, particularly for large or unusual transaction patterns.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the following conditions:

• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit on your 92kr account.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after satisfactory completion of KYC verification, including CNIC confirmation.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• 92kr reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend standard processing times.
• In the event of suspected fraud, rule violations, or pending investigations, 92kr may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing without prior notice.

92kr offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal PSL offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed before the qualifying deposit is made, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• A standard wagering requirement of 15× the combined deposit and bonus amount applies unless a different multiplier is specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are tracked separately from your real-money balance. Real money is wagered first; bonus credit is consumed second unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period from the date of issuance. Unclaimed or unmet bonus conditions will expire automatically.
• 92kr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 92kr. Specific rules applicable to individual sports — including cricket, PSL, and other markets — are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended by the player after acceptance.
• 92kr reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is evidence of a palpable error in the odds, including display errors or data feed failures.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• 92kr may limit or restrict the betting activity of any account, including the suspension of in-play access, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event result being confirmed.

Live casino and slot games on 92kr are governed by the specific game rules of each individual title as published by the game provider. General conditions applicable to all casino and slot activity include:

• All casino games and slot titles use certified random number generation (RNG) where applicable, in accordance with internationally recognised fair-play standards.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, 92kr reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's balance.
• Live casino sessions may be subject to table limits which are displayed before entry into the live room.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92kr Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on 92kr under any name or identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in any game or Platform feature — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity through the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events covered by the 92kr sportsbook.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another individual at any point.

92kr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm for players across Pakistan. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your account in any given period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month, after which betting access is automatically restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders at set intervals to notify you of how long you have been active on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 months).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 92kr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor delays.
• 92kr's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92kr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

92kr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where material changes are made, 92kr may notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any amendments.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92kr is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players located in Pakistan acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the 92kr Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. 92kr makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in all jurisdictions.
